Everyone loves to be greeted with a warm smile and a fresh bulletin on Sunday Mornings! Friendly faces are a big part of what draws people to Christ Church Santa Fe, and you can help be a part of that. We need four people each Sunday, and ideally like to schedule people not more than every 4-6 weeks. Come to church 10-15 minutes early on your scheduled Sundays.
Help bake bread for Communion, it’s a simple recipe and a fun way to meet new people in our kitchen!
The Congregational Care Team works hard to meet the needs of our church family. The Team responds to requests associated with illness, treatments, or other special circumstances (picking up RX, rides for treatments, sitting as someone recovers from a procedure, etc.)

Christ Church has events for celebrations, potlucks, brunch bites, the Fall Festival, funerals and memorials. These events are planned, prepared and hosted by volunteers. Cooking not required for every event. You may volunteer for one or many events, as your schedule allows. Why not give it a whirl?

Through a team of wonderful volunteers, we provide meals to Christ Church members in times of need such as: the birth of a baby, after surgery or hospitalization, or during a crisis. The meals ministry coordinator needs to be made aware of a need, either by direct request or through referral by someone within the church. Volunteers are asked to provide a meal (home cooked or purchased) and delivered to the recipient’s home. Typically, meals are setup to come every other day for 2 weeks. The meals ministry is an excellent way to meet others and to truly make a difference in a church members life. In times of need, a meal is a true gift.

We are looking for men and women of all ages, with a heart for Jesus, and a desire for connection to help with planning our events. It’s a lot of fun! We anticipate holding two events for men and two events for women annually and you can be a part of planning them.
